2020 – The Vision

In the aftermath of COVID-19, we recognized two urgent needs: reliable IT support for businesses shifting to digital operations, and stronger technology to protect children from escalating violence in schools.

2021 – Founding Woken Systems

Woken Systems Inc. was officially launched, providing managed IT services to small and mid-sized businesses while beginning early research into AI-driven threat detection.

2022 – Expanding Services

We grew into cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and medical billing technology—helping organizations operate efficiently and securely. Every service engagement helped fund our nonprofit mission.

2023 – AI Research & Prototyping

We began developing AI models capable of analyzing camera feeds for early warning signs—weapon detection, loitering, and behavioral anomalies—designed to prevent tragedies in real time.

2024 – Pilot Deployments

Our AI monitoring platform launched in controlled pilot programs for both businesses and community institutions, proving the concept that AI can supplement human response and save lives.

2025 – Woken Systems Today

We now serve clients across multiple industries while actively growing our nonprofit initiative, with the ultimate goal of making AI-based violence prevention a standard in schools and public spaces nationwide.
